It seems like it's been forever since I've written about anything. I started back to school and it's taken up all my time. I'll be done in a few months though thank goodness!!! Today, my sister-in-laws and I held a shower for my sister-in-law. Confusing I know, well I guess not really. I made these pinwheel type things. I got the idea from Cindy who I carpool with to school. I just asked if anyone knew of anything I could make for the shower and my fellow carpooler had this awsome idea. You can see all the ingredients to the left. The garlic powder is hidden behind the gigantorous bell pepper. I'm not gonna give you the measurements because I didn't go by any, plus when I got the recipe I pretty much scribbled it down on a scrap of paper. You don't need 'em though. J

ust use your brain and keep testing it to see if it's good. I will go over the steps tho

ugh. I took pics of all the steps. First you let the cream cheese sit out so it will be soft and good for mixing. Just set it out and start chopping up the bell peppers (all three colors) and green onions. It will soften up in the mean time. I pretty much minced the poor darlings. Put the cream cheese in a bowl and all the other ingredients. Mix it up goood. Then spread the mixture on a tortilla. I would make sure you get a good 1/2 inch sp

read over the whole tortilla. Then roll it up and wrap it in saran wrap. You've got to put it in the refrigerator so it will get firm and be good for slicing. Once you get it out of the fridge, slice away. I'm running out of things to say about it, that just shows how easy it is to make! I really enjoyed making these and everyone liked them. I hardly had any left. Below you can see the finished product. Thanks Cindy for the awsomeness!

Meg, these were soooo yummy! I will definitely be making some of these.
Meg, they looked great! Hope the shower went well. I was beginning to go into Meg withdrawals.
I love those things. They are pretty easy to make, taste great, and look really pretty when made! Yummers!
I enjoy any food that is prefaced with the moniker "Crazy."
I might even be bale to make this one...even with my lackluster cooking skills.
Those should be outlawed. They were so good.
