I know I haven't been blogging, but I have a very good excuse! After one year and three months of trying to conceive, my husband and I are very happy to announce that I am due in July!!!! It's been a long road of frustration, but I guess I'm just one of those people who it takes a year for it to happen. I was actually scheduled for a laparoscopic surgery to see if I had endometriosis. I had all the symptoms of it. I immediately cancelled that! This actually came as a complete surprise because I was all geared up for that surgery. I found out a couple of Tuesdays ago. I had failed a nursing exam that day and was a complete mess. I knew I was suppose to start my period soon, so I went to the store and got a test. When the positive line showed up I didn't really believe it. I took two more that night and all three were positive. This is a major answer to our prayers. James got home from work shortly after I found out. I told him to ask me how I did on my test. He figured I failed it (the one at school), I then said, "well ask me how I did on the OTHER test". He eventually got it. It was a very happy moment.
