Proof of Life

I promise I'm still alive! I've been quite busy lately with graduating nursing school and the holidays among us. I haven't been creating anything. I did get some really cool Christmas presents though.

This book was given to me as a Christmas present and it is sooooo funny. You don't even have to be pregnant to enjoy it! Here are a few names of the chapters...
"Barf-O-Rama"
"Niagara in My Pants"
"Passing Stonehenge" -(personal favorite)
"www. ihavetostopbuyingbabyshit.com"
"Poopin on the Table"
It is a very realistic book, and sooo funny. You know something is funny when you laugh out loud when you're by yourself!

My sister-in-law Vicky gave me some very cool Christmas presents! Here is a hand-crafted frame she got me because she knows my style. I plan on using it in the nursery in the future.

Can anyone guess what this is???? Vicky has a funny story about how she found this! She was at a yard sale and saw it. She didn't know exactly what it was, just that it looked really cool and that I would like it. She was buying it and the people thought it was funny that she was getting something without even knowing what it was. Have you guessed it yet? It's for fish cleaning! Isn't it cool? In future posts you will see where I'm going to put it.

She also got me these adorable sock dryers. I collect them. The bottom picture is of the wall that I'm creating a collage of them. I haven't decided how to arrange these up there yet.

Y'all need to stay tuned for my next post called "Clown Chowder"!

Looks like you got some good stuff at Christmas! Good for you! Also, heard the Jenny book is hysterical. I might have to pick it up as a read.

Now that you have posted. I definitely have to. First I should take down the Christmas wallpaper. The book sounds great. Save it for me...someday.

What a wonderful SIL you must have (wink wink)! :)

Glad you enjoyed the gifts. It was fun having your name and seeing things that I thought you might like.

I have dibs on reading the book next!

I know what that block is...Its used for skinning catfish. You put the head under the thing and skin the dead catfish.
