The Times They Are a-Changin' II

Here we have what was our old guest bedroom...

Now it looks like this...

It is soon to be our new office. As I mentioned in my previous post I got this shelf from Ikea. I am really quite fond of Ikea especially all their baby and kid stuff. You've really got to take a day and visit the store to get a feel for it all. I would recommend going early and experiencing their cheap breakfast that is really really good! Mmmm... fooood...

My hallway bathroom has taken on a slightly different look too. My shower curtain was white. Very clean and pretty white, but living with a man who works outdoors kinda puts an end to pretty fluffy white things. I've always said that If I lived alone I would have a bathroom rug that was big white and fluffy. I would be lonely, but my feet would be happy. Here is a pic of the new shower curtain I got a Target...

My next step will be to get big white fluffy towels for the bathroom that will be off-limits for the husband. I might get brown ones to match the shower curtain, then he can use them too. Yeah brown would probably be better.

Also I have this put on my bathroom mirror where I can see it every day...

It was given to me by Sarah. Check out her blog. She has a fresh outlook on life and her blog has lots of pictures of projects she has done that will give you ideas for your future projects.

Love your new shower curtain. White is hard. I do have lots of white in one shower curtain, but it seems to always need washing. Chloe is a mud bug, so that makes it hard too.

Love your new shelves. Vic and I are probably going to Ikea tomorrow. Do you have to work/sleep?

Love your sneak peaks.

Hey, the shower curtain looks great. Man, I wish I was going to ikea with Vic and Christina. Thanks for the shout. I am going to ikea right (online) now to see what baby stuff they have there. I finished the yearbook so hopefully I will be back to blogging soon.

I TOTALLY love the new look. The shelves from Ikea are to die for, especially with all those gorgeous Kassett boxes lined up beautifully. Can't wait to see more. : )
